"share one business philosophy"Rudi is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD – UK) and a certified Master Human Resource Professional providing strategic human resource- and management consulting services to a myriad of organisations in the NGO-, public- and private sectors.
He has thirty years of professional work experience of which the last twenty years has been as the founder and majority members interest holder in Visions Consulting. Rudi also held various corporate human resource management positions in the financial- and mining industries prior to entering the management consulting profession. He started off his working career as a high school teacher.
Rudi holds various tertiary qualifications including a Doctor of Business Administration, Master of Science in International Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration, Higher Educational Diploma (Post-Graduate) (Secondary) and Bachelor of Arts degrees. His alma maters include the University of Edinburgh and Stellenbosch University, inter alia. He also completed the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme as well as the Maastricht School of Management Executive Programme in Entrepreneurship.
He is a Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional at the Balanced Scorecard Institute (in collaboration with the George Washington University) and Certified Change Management Practitioner at Prosci.
Rudi is a seasoned process facilitator and has facilitated national strategic planning processes for the Republic of Namibia as well as for companies, regulators, NGO’s and non-profit organisations. His primary focus areas include strategic planning and the full Human Resources value chain.
Rudi believes in the power of living a balanced life and therefore balances work by spending time with the family camping, fishing, travelling the world and in competing in masters squash tournaments across the globe. He participated in the World Masters Squash Championships in Cologne (Germany, 2010), Hong Kong (2014) and Charlottesville (USA, 2018). He enjoys the study of different cultures and human behaviour.
He is well recognised in Namibia for his thought leadership and has delivered motivational talks at various national forums.
Kobus has 35 years in-company Human Resource Management experience of which 30 years in a supervisory and senior managerial capacity. Having been responsible for a large organization’s total HR function, he had the privilege of being exposed to the full spectrum of HR disciplines. This exposure not only provided him with a thorough basis for integrative HR Management, but also sensitivity for the organizational culture in which such function could be optimized.
After retirement in 2012 he joint Visions Consulting on a freelance basis. Under the inspirational leadership of Dr. Rudi Koekemoer he has the enriching opportunity to plough back his knowledge and experience to fellow Namibians.
He obtained a B. Comm and B.Econ degree at the University of Stellenbosch and an Honor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Africa. During his HR career he had been exposed to several professional short courses and study tours on latest Human Resources technology. He also served as Namibia’s executive board member for the Institute of Municipal Personnel Practitioners of Southern Africa 1985-1998.
Having been in the corporate environment, he attaches high value to the importance of being self-sustainable – thus empowering clients forms the foundation of his consultation approach.
To balance his career and private life he loves playing tennis, singing with his guitar and writing poetry. Together with his wife, they enjoy the love of 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
Marié holds various tertiary qualifications including a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Africa, Certificate in Project Management, Certificate of International Trade, an Honour’s Degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, a BCom Degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, and completed various professional short courses in Leadership and Human Resources. She has been employed as a Business Support Consultant at Visions Consulting for the past three years.
She enjoys jogging, reading, traveling, listening to music, and spending quality time with family and friends. Marie’s passion is to motivate, uplift, serve, and help others to grow and reach their full potential. She strives to contribute to making a positive change within the community and wherever life leads her.
Leandra completed her studies in Marketing Management at Boland College, Stellenbosch. She worked in retail for twelve (12) years where she gained extensive knowledge and experience in customer service and administration. Leandra has been employed as a Business Support Consultant at Visions Consulting for the past five (5) years.
She enjoys spending time with family and friends and enjoys adventurous weekends away in nature. Leandra is on a quest of life-long learning and is particularly passionate about people and believes that there is always something to be learned from the people around us. Variety is the spice of life.

Belina is one of the founding members of Visions Consulting and has progressively developed and embedded robust administrative and financial processes and systems to ensure that sound governance principles are always upheld. She is gifted with a wealth of systematic analytical-and critical reasoning abilities to support evidence-based decision-making processes. She balances the team with her divergent thinking abilities. She studied at Tygerberg College in South Africa.
Belina is passionate about playing squash and travels the world to support and participate in World Masters Squash Tournaments. She enjoys reading, camping and, especially, to “braai”!

With a BA Humanities Degree from Stellenbosch University and ongoing studies in Human Resources at UCT, Nina combines her academic knowledge with practical experience to contribute to the company’s HR initiatives. She is driven by her love for working with individuals, helping them overcome challenges, and fostering a supportive work environment. Outside of work, Nina enjoys immersing herself in books, taking walks with her dog, and cherishing quality time with her loved ones.”
